Wrockwardine Wood Open Field Preview

The Wrockwardine Wood Open takes place today with 64 players looking to win the trophy. There are star names throughout the field including former winners Scott Simpson and Pete Farmer, Scott looking to win it for a fourth time. There are big names from our league, Wayne Phillips, Paul Williams, Wayne Rogers, Darrell Handley, Kiah Roberts, Clay Flattley, Jon Palmer, Mike Beer, Rich Lawson and Pete Grimston, all previous or current county players. There are other big names from outside the county who know how to win a big competition, these include Elliot McGuinness, Darren Plenderleith, Bill Kinchin, Mark Rose, Carl Fielding and Matty Worden, who reached the final of the Isle of Man just last Friday.

There are many other big names in the field, and hopefully scores will be posted on here.
