This will see the league renamed the Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowling League, as well as other exciting opportunities for us both as part of our agreement. On their Facebook group they announced that “the link will be beneficial for both Taylor Support and the Shropshire Premier Bowling League, and we look forward to forging a strong working relationship together. As part of the agreement the league will facilitate access for Taylor Support service users at multiple crown green bowls taster sessions across the county. This will provide opportunities to access a fun, social, health activity for people of all ages and abilities whilst also promoting inclusion within the sport. Taylor Support service users will also be invited to be part of 2023 and 2024 Shropshire Premier Bowling League presentation evenings, where they will present awards to all winning teams and players.”

We invited them to our Presentation Evening last night to sign the agreement and present the prize money to all our league teams and the league trophy to Wrockwardine Wood, with the pictures below. We are incredibly excited to work with Taylor Support and their owners Holly and Mark Taylor, with Mark having played in our league for St Georges, Bowring and Castlefields. We believe this is an excellent opportunity to promote more inclusion in our sport and show it can be accessed by all.

<a
