Wrockwardine Wood edged out Castlefields 8-6 to move top of the table. Captain Rob Jones says “in the end delighted with an 8-6 win. We were missing a few, went 3-1 down off four and were trailing 3 of the middle four at the half way point. Really good battling performance to get over the line\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0end.” Best winner for them was Jamie King 6, while for the Fields it was Mike Beer and Ash Wellings 13. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result moves Wrockwardine top by 3 points to Castlefields and Sir John Bayley. Callum Wraight moves onto 11 wins out of 11. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
