2024 Aim:\u00a0<\/strong>Our aim is crystal clear: we’re all about continuous improvement and relentless competition every season. Admittedly, this season is shaping up to be a tough one, especially following our stellar performance last year. However, our mindset remains the same \u2013 we’re determined to defend our title while enjoying every moment of the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comments:<\/strong> It was a bittersweet season for the Bayley. They completed the quadruple for 2023 when winning the Pool A in April for last season, but they then lost their Audlem Special Events Alan Mayhew Trophy Final to Castlefields after being ahead in the final at Allscott Heath. They had another epic battle with Castlefields for the league title, and despite scoring a record number of points and only losing 4 games all season, it wasn’t enough to retain the league, despite leading most of the way. Just 3 winners at Castlefields was the critical game which gave Fields the momentum to come back at them, but this was one of the very few games they will think they could have done better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winter Aims:<\/strong> Strength depth caught the Bayley out with just 13 regulars in the squad meaning they were light towards the end of the season. So adding to their squad would be key if they are to wrestle the title back. But they have lost at least one player already, so will not want to lose any more and build on the core of their squad, 6 of them were in the top 12 of the League Averages!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
