We had our first ever woman winner in the league as Sarah Weaver teamed up with Dave Hanson to win the 2025 Mike Hinton Pairs. An entry of just 11 pairs from just 6 league clubs and a pair from the Prince of Wales Hotel took part with 8 clubs not represented at all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They defeated the Sir John Bayley pairing of Michael Cooper & Emmet McKinley 11 in the final. They got past father and son duo Rob & John Clarke 16 in the Semi Final and Gavin Bridge and John Roberts Jnr 18 in the Quarters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well done to Sarah & Dave on their success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
