They did appear on the back of the result sheet which many of you probably never saw. The only change from those rules are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teams fined \u00a325 if they withdraw after withdrawals in previous seasons (however the date will be moved so not to clash with other competitions like the last two year).<\/li>\n<li>You need to fill in the results online.<\/li>\n<li>A match card, like the Mayhew Trophy, will be given out at the start of the season to stop having to mess about with printing it later on in the season. Any cards left over can be kept for future seasons.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a34 rather than \u00a33 needs to be given to the host club (this makes it 50p per player then, in line with the County Cup).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Premiership Competition<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The competition shall be confined to clubs affiliated to the SPBL.<\/li>\n<li>Any team who withdraw from the competition will be fined \u00a325.<\/li>\n<li>All games to be 21 up under B.C.G.B.A. rules and standard jacks to be used.<\/li>\n<li>The number of players in each team shall be eight and the greens, which shall be neutral, shall be selected by members of the Management Committee.<\/li>\n<li>The aggregate score shall decide the match. In the event of a tie on aggregate, the match shall be decided firstly the most number of wins per team secondly by each teams best score in descending order.\u00a0 If the game is still tied after these criteria, each captain will nominate one player to play a one off game, with the first player to 11 determining the overall winner.<\/li>\n<li>Any club not sending its full compliment of players shall forfeit 21 points in each case.<\/li>\n<li>All clubs on whose green a cup tie is played shall provide not less than five standard jacks and a tape measure (19 metre) as required by the B.C.G.B.A, as well as a result sheet.<\/li>\n<li>The winning team shall be responsible for filling this sheet in and phoning or texting the result to the Competitions Secretary on 07753 603372 or Secretary on 07964 294466 on the night of the match. The result must be entered on the website in accordance with Match Rule 13 by the winning team.<\/li>\n<li>All players must be prepared to play when called upon, otherwise a reserve player must be included or 21 points forfeited.<\/li>\n<li>Each club shall make a donation to the host club for greenage.
