Hanwood&#8217;s Greg Smith won the Spring Waterloo in Blackpool on Sunday, beating Yorkshire&#8217;s Jack Dyson in the final 19. Ifton&#8217;s Andy Hughes had a fine run to the Semi Finals, beating Gary Ellis and Chris Brown on the way before losing to Dyson. Sir John Bayley&#8217;s Tom Roden won his first game 19 before bowing out to Steve Freer, who has signed for Castlefields this season, while Hadley USC&#8217;s Rob Burroughs lost first game.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday two bowlers won big competitions in Shropshire and Warwick and Worcester.
