The one place left in the Black Tech Ltd Alan Mayhew Trophy will be taken tonight as last year’s semi finalists Chester Road and Meole Brace clash. Chester Road are looking for their first final appearance since 2012 while Meole Brace will be looking to repeat their 2014 appearance. Both teams have enjoyed good home form this season, including an 11-3 win for Chester Road over Meole Brace just a couple of weeks ago. This means that “we are going into the game on a high but we know it will be a hard game.” according to Chester Road captain Paul Fowles. “They are a good team but I think we are as well so we have a fair chance of getting to the final.” Both teams will be going hard to join Castlefields in the Final on Saturday 25th June at a venue to be decided by early next week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
