There is a change for the entry to the Playoff Final this season as it was decided to make a programme and charge entry with this. So everyone, apart from players and officials, will have to pay \u00a31 to get in and will receive a programme to. As the club is outside of the confines of the green, we have decided to issue a wristband as well so then those who are taking the entry fees on the gate will know who has already paid if you decide to go to the club to purchase a drink or use the toilets. As long as you show it on your return to the green then that would be fine, you don’t have to necessarily wear it, and it will be only till about half 7 or 8 once the majority of spectators have come in.<\/p>\n
As this is a new entry system then we would like you to remain patient in gaining entry to the Bicton green as it is not the widest and there may be queues to get in. We would suggest maybe getting a drink before you enter the green then there would be less people moving to and from the green, especially around 7. But please be patient and any issues we will address next season but hopefully the night will run smoothly!<\/p>\n
There will also be a raffle run like there was at Meole Brace, and there will be at least 5 prizes for this. There will be tea and coffee in the hut at Bicton for those who would like a hot drink.<\/p>\n
25% of the money made by the raffle and entry will be given to a charity of Bicton’s choice, with 25% to the club itself and 50% to the league. The money raised for the league will go towards the payment of the new PA system that was successfully tried out at Meole Brace on Sunday, as well as some new ideas to be discussed at the October Meeting for next season.<\/p>\n
