Callum Wraight and Greg Smith were the first through winning 15 against Andy Fleming and Mark Hughes 10 respectively. Callum’s team mate Rich Goddard beat David Walker 13, while his other Castlefields’ team mate Mike Beer defeated Alan Gilpin 16. Sir John Bayley’s Chris Ward also won 16 against Ian Wassell.<\/p>\n
Callum now faces Steve Baskerville, while Greg from Hanwood plays former Cumbria Merit champion Andy Thornton. Rich Goddard faces Pete Dunkley in a tough tie, as well as Chris Ward’s game versus Glyn Cookson.
