There are two teams that have applied to take part in the 2018 playoffs, both from the Mid Shropshire League. Highley are currently four points clear of St Georges’ second team, and another 6 ahead of Hadley USC, who have also applied. Highley travel to Hadley tonight, with Hadley knowing they need at least a 13-2 win to be able to have a chance of taking part. Highley know a win there would most likely win them the league, but with St Georges travelling to a struggling Madeley CC who are battling relegation, it might not still be enough unless they win 12-3 to mathematically be safe.<\/p>\n
