Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
Castlefields won the League title for a record 10th time. It looked far from that at the turn of the season, as they found themselves over 10 points behind leaders Newport. But after getting 5 at Wem USC on the last game of the 1st half of the season, they didn’t lose another game, getting 144 points from their last 13 games to win by 13 points at the end of the season. Callum Wraight and Mike Beer led the way once again, both being in the top three of the League Averages.
