Hanmer were the most improved team of 2019 after amassing 25 more points than the previous season when they finished bottom of the table. League winners Sir John Bayley got an extra 16 points from last season, which would have been enough to have won the title last season. St Georges and Hanwood were 14 and 13 points better off, with Meole Brace the only other team in the positive. Not surprisingly Chester Road were the most worse off, being 30 points down from last season as they finished rock bottom.
