2019 Review:

Sir John Bayley managed to win the title for the 2nd time after a duel with Castlefields. They had a great start, having a record 15-1 win at Highley in their first away game. But they then lost at home to Castlefields, and got 4 at Meole Brace. What followed was a remarkable run of form, scoring double figures in 12 of their next 14 games, with just one blip at Wem USC when getting only 3 winners. They got 7 winners at Castlefields to virtually seal the title, and despite losing three of their last away games, they had done enough to win the league

2022 Aims:

They will start the league as heavy favourites for a fourth crown. They have added to their victorious 2019 season with Paul Reeves and Clay Flattley returning and Dave Lloyd, Steve Bodley and Nick Wyer being added. Gareth Herbert may also feature in some games, and their squad is the best in the league. So it will be no surprise if they dominant the season.
