Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
Callum Wraight won his fifth Coors Meole Open after beating Adam Penlington 15 in the final. He had a good start to lead 13-3 and kept this to be 20-9 ahead. Adam did make a comeback to get back to 20-15 and led a two foot bowl full corners but Callum played the jack through and Adam just pushed his first bowl too far, meaning Callum earns the first ticket to the Champion of Champions!
Callum was 8-1 down versus Tom Palmer in the Semi Finals before winning 10, while Adam was 7-1 up on Martin Gaut before Martin got back to 12-9 down. Adam got back in and only conceded one more double to win 11.

Quarter Finals:
Martin Gaut was 6-0 down versus Paul Dale and then 13-10 behind. He only conceded three more singles to win 16.
Adam Penlington from just 4-3 up on Pete Farmer went 14-5 ahead and won 9.
Tom Palmer was 5-0 up on Dan Taylor but then Dan got back to level at 12 across. Tom then went ahead and extended this to win 15.
Callum Wraight raced 11-0 up on Tommy Johnstone and kept this lead to win 9.
Round 2:
Paul Dale was only 12 across with Josh Towey but then went 19-13 up and won 15.
Martin Gaut was 10-5 ahead of Scott Simpson before going 16-11 up. He kept this lead to win 16.
Pete Farmer from 7-4 up on Keith Wall only conceded one more.
Adam Penlington from 3-1 down on Rich Goddard went 10-3 up and won 10.
Dan Taylor went 12-4 up on Kiah Roberts and then 17-10. Kiah got back to 17 across before Dan ran out.
Tom Palmer was 7-2 up on Paul Beechey but Paul got back to 13 across. Tom then went ahead to win 16.
Callum Wraight was 9-5 up on Tom Vickers and then went 19-9 ahead. Tom came back to 20-16 down but Callum won 16.
Tommy Johnstone was 8-4 down to Gareth Coates but then 13-8 up. He then was 18-16 down but won 19.
Round 1:
Josh Towey was 15-6 up on Dan Jones and before Dan got back to 18-13 down. Josh though ran out.
Paul Dale was 9-5 up on Alex Hassall before going 15-7 up. Alex got back to 15-13 down but Paul kicked on again to win 14
Martin Gaut was 6-0 up on Connor Whitehall and kept this advantage to win 13.
Scott Simpson was 10-5 up on Ayden Smith before being levelled at 10 across. It was only 15-14 to Scott when he ran out.
Keith Wall was 13-8 ahead of Mike Beer but Mike closed the gap to trail 18-16. However Keith then ran out.
Rich Goddard went 14-6 up on Scott Harries and then 18-9 before winning 12.
Pete Farmer was only 9-8 up on Andrew Judson but went clear to win 12.
Adam Penlington was 8-7 down on Tom Killen but then only conceded one more to win 9.
Kiah Roberts stormed 8-1 up on Phil Lee but Phil got back to be 11-8 behind. Kiah extended his lead again though to 20-12 and won 14.
Dan Taylor raced 15-1 up on Danny Edmonds but Danny got back to 20-16 down, however Dan got the one he needed.
Tom Palmer went 12-1 ahead of Stuart Rutter and kept this lead to win 9.
Paul Beechey was 9-3 and 17-5 up on Chris Stretch and won 13.
Tom Vickers was 10-7 down versus Andy Armstrong but then went 16-11 up. Tom got back to be 16-15 behind but Tom then ran out.
Callum Wraight was 11-7 and 16-10 down before winning 17.
Gareth Coates raced 15-2 up on Chris Worthington, and held off a fightback by Chris who got back to 17-12 down to win 15.
Tommy Johnstone was 8-5 down against Greg Smtih but then went 16-10 up and won 11.
