Wayne Phillips has won 360 of nearly 550 games he has played. He started at Hanwood, playing in the first four seasons before they had to withdraw from the league. He then had one season at Castlefields in 2001, winning 17 of his 26 games, before joining Ford in 2002 after they entered the league, staying there for four seasons until 2005, winning 61 of his 96 games. He moved to Meole Brace for 6 seasons, winning 98 of his 150 games there. After that he helped Hanwood into the league in 2015, and has been there ever since, playing the most games in the league for a Hanwood player, over 250 and winning 184 of them, the most anyone has won for the club.
