Number 10: Martin Williams

Martin Williams has won 419 out of at least 702 games he has played, the most games anyone has played in the league. He started at St Georges in 1994, but then moved to Wrockwardine Wood, and since then he has played in every season. Excluding the 2022 campaign when he only played 11 games, he has only missed 20 games in 27 seasons of the league for them. His best season came in 2002, when he won the League Averages, winning 20 of his 26 games. He helped Wrockardine Wood in 2022 win the league for the first time in a record breaking season, and he also has won four Pool Bs with the club. He was inducted into our Hall of Fame this year.
