Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
A Wrockwardine Wood/Bylet Team were the first qualifiers last night at the Newport 4 Person Team.
They beat a Potteries team by 9 in the Qualifier, Josh Cotton and Joe Dicken winning 7 and 9 respectively, and despite Lee Brown winning 3 the Potteries couldn’t pull back the deficit.
The first round saw them beat Shifnal by 43, Joe Dicken best winner 5, and the Potteries beat a Castlefields/Hanwood team by 12, George Podmore best winner 12.
Tonight sees another Potteries team take on a Castlefields side, while Horsehay play Meole Brace.
