Well done to Sally King for winning the BCGBA Ladies Senior Merit at Littleover, coming from behind to beat Jodie Dickenson from South Yorkshire 21-18.
In the Semi Finals she beat Susan Pugh 19, in the Quarters she defeated Linda Drury 15 after having overcome Donna Aiello 16, Sarah Lowndes 12 and Megan Beresford 15.
Sarah Weaver of Wem USC had reached the last 16 after beating Toni Laurie 9 and Helen Page 4 but lost out to Jodie 18. Cheryl Caswell also played but lost first game 20 to Clare Cooper.

Sally hasn’t played in our league so far this season, but helped Wrockwardine Wood win the league in 2022 and has played in 2023 and 2024 too.
Well done from our league to Sally on her success, coming a year after Cheryl Caswell of Bylet reached the final of this too!
