Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
The Pre Play Off takes place tonight at Shelton with Mid Shropshire Champions Sinclair taking on Market Drayton Winners Woore. This is potentially one of the highest quality Pre Play Offs we’ve ever seen, each team has at least one county players and players with Premier League experience. The first Derbyshire player to take part in a Play Off takes his place in the Sinclair line up, with Conor Chamberlain playing at number 5 and taking on Steve Rogers. Mid Shropshire League Merit Champion Harry Church leads the line out for his team, and is up against Andy Moss, a former League Averages winner in this league. Woore have gone out strong with Chris Grocott, Ian MacDonald and Martin Lloyd in their first four, Chris taking on Pete Farmer, statistically our best player in this league. Pete Spragg, who has played at Sinclair for 54 years, has Paul Smith at number 6, while the only woman in the lineups, Laura Hallsworth, has Jordan Millman at number 9.
It promises to be a great night of bowling with action starting at 7.

From Oxon business park roundabout – Take the turn for Redwood centre. Down there on your Right is the Furlongs. Go across there old Chapel in front of you go to the Right and Around the chapel through residential parking area till you come to a gravel carpark through some gates. Park up and club house is to your right down the path. The over flow carpark is at the far end by the cricket nets . From the roundabout there are signs for Shelton cc. But they are not very clear.
Dress code applies. There will be a raffle instead of an admission charge tonight with four prizes on offer.
