Castlefields win the trophy for the 6th time in Telford…………… beating Chester Road by 30…
Castlefields triumphed by 30 chalks as they came from behind to beat Chester Road at Donnington Wood. They were 2 behind after Kevin Jones’ starring role for the “roaders” with a 21-9 win against in form Clay Flattley. The game was evenly poised until Man of the Match Callum Wraight beat Andy Moss 21-6 at Number 5 to put them ahead and with only two other winners there was no way back for the North Shropshire team.
Overall Castlefields won by 30 with 9 out of the 12 winners.
