Shorts allowed to be worn tonight

It has been agreed by the majority of the committee that shorts can be worn tonight. It is forecast to be 23 degrees celsius at 7 so felt it would be too warm for trousers. We would like players though to wear shorts or the usual trousers rather than jeans and still wear the usual club or collared shirt please.
