Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
The third team is Childs Ercall who entered the league in 1999 to bring the league up to 14 teams. They enjoyed their highest finish in their first year finishing 10th led by Peter Farmer, who won the League Merit in 1999 & 2002, the League Averages in 2000 and the Most Consecutive Wins in 2002. They also finished runners up in Pool B in the then 4 a side competition to Wrockwardine Wood in 2001. This was to be the high point of their stay, regularly fighting at the bottom to maintain their Premier League status. When they did finish bottom in 2002, 2005 and 2009 they managed to survive the Playoff and keep their place in the Premier League. However in 2012 they pulled out just before the season started due to a lack of players.
They now play in the Market Drayton League, having won promotion from division 2 to division 1 in 2014.
