Hanwood and Meole Brace will clash in the 2017 Barlows Fire & Security Alan Mayhew Trophy Final after getting past Castlefields and Ifton respectively. Hanwood had a remarkable game with Castlefields after losing the first three games by 33 but then won the next three by 38 to win on Castlefields by 5 and overall by 36. Meole Brace won through by 8 after winning at home by 42 and losing away by 34.
The final between the two rivals will be played on Saturday 9th September at 6.30 p.m. hopefully at a Shrewsbury venue.
