This was the first game at Chester Road by 8 and then Wrockwardine Wood by 6. They also won at home by just 6 shots against Archibald Worthington in another close encounter. Their run was ended by Castlefields who beat them 9-5 at their place. They did go on to win the title but only winning it on the last game as Castlefields kept with them despite their record run!
