Reason for Invite: 2014 Most MVPs
Matt Ealey has played for Bylet since making his Premier League debut in 2009. He won the most MVPs in 2014 when he received the award 7 times. He was in and out of the team last season, but will hope to earn his place in the team with a good performance in this.

Clubs: Wem USC, Chester Road
Reason for Invite: 2003 League Averages Winner, 2012 Mike Hinton Pairs Winner
Derek has been an ever present in the league for Wem USC and Chester Road. He won the League Averages in 2003 when winning 22 games. He won the Mike Hinton Pairs in 2012 with Clay Flattley. Has recently retired from the Shropshire Senior County side and will look to roll back the years.
- Steve Burroughs
Clubs: Sir John Bayley, Hadley USC
Reason for Invite: 27th in all time averages
Steve has took part in 23 seasons for Sir John Bayley, playing 521 games and winning 264 of them. He played one season at Hadley USC in 2013 to play with his nephew there, but returned to the Bayley the year after, where he helped them win the league in 2016. He now lives up north but is still playing for his local club, having won a club competition there, and will look to make one last impact in Shropshire.

Clubs: Wrockwardine Wood, Bowring, St Georges
Reason for Invite: League Secretary 2015-, Competitions Secretary 2018-
Martin has played Premier League bowls since 2009 for Wrockwardine Wood initially. He became league secretary in 2015, and then Competitions Secretary in 2018. That year he also moved to Bowring, and now to St Georges after they dropped out of the league. He qualified for the Meole Brace Open last week, and will hope to continue that form this weekend.

Clubs: Castlefields, Meole Brace, Chester Road
Reason for Invite: 1998 League Averages Winner
Keith won the Premier League Averages in 1998 as well as five league titles in his time at Castlefields till 2005. He has played at Meole Brace and Chester Road since then before moving back to the Fields last season. He has won plenty of competitions in and around Shropshire, so will look to use that knowledge here.

Reason for Invite: 2001 League Averages Winner
Paul has been a mainstay of the Castlefields team in virtually every season, apart from the 1998 season. He won the League Averages in 2001 with them, as well as nine of their ten titles and numerous Alan Mayhew Trophy and Pool A titles. He has won the Meole Open before, so knows how to win a big competition.
- Keith Walton
Clubs: Meole Brace, Castlefields
Reason for Invite: 1999 League Averages Winner
Keith started his Premier League career at Meole Brace, playing for three seasons before moving to Castlefields. He won the League Averages there in 1999, helping them also win eight league titles and numerous Alan Mayhew Trophy and Pool A trophies. He has played over 600 league games, the most in the league. He has recently become County selector but hopes to be able to concentrate on playing rather than watching!
- Phil Talbot
Clubs: Hanwood
Reason for Invite: Former League Treasurer 1994-1997
Phil was our first ever treasurer from 1994 to 1997 helping give the league the firm financial standing it has now. He played for Hanwood in their first four seasons in the league, before helping them trying to win promotion back to the league. Since they returned in 2015 he has stepped in when needed, and will hope to spring a few surprises!

Clubs: Bowring, Newport
Reason for Invite: 2016 League Merit Winner & Mike Hinton Pairs Winner
Josh made history in 2016 when winning the League Merit and the Mike Hinton Pairs in the same season, the pairs with Stuart Clee. He helped Bowring into the Premier League in 2008 and has been an ever present ever since before leaving to go to Newport for this season. He is another former homester in the field.

Clubs: Hadley USC, Childs Ercall, St Georges, Newport
Reason for Invite: League Averages & Most Consecutive Wins 4 times, League Merit 6 wins, 2014 Mike Hinton Pairs Winner
Pete has won 430 games in the league making him the leading player of all time, earning his place in the Hall of Fame. He has won 4 League Averages in that time, and 4 Most Consecutive Wins awards, doing the double-double the last two years. He also has 6 League Merit wins too, as well as the Mike Hinton Pairs in 2014 with Mick Jones. He has played for four clubs, Hadley USC, Childs Ercall, St Georges and Newport. He loves the Donnington greens, winning the former competition here.
- Luke Jones
Clubs: Castlefields
Reason for Invite: 2013 & 2015 Mike Hinton Pairs
Luke has played only for Castlefields since breaking into the team in 2006, helping them win the treble in 2008. He has played on and off since, winning the Mike Hinton Pairs with Callum Wraight in 2013 and 2015. He is a former Olympic Classic winner so knows how to win a big competition.
- Fred Bailey
Clubs: Wem USC
Reason for Invite: 2012 Most MVPs
Fred has played at Wem USC since the league started, being a solid player for them, playing nearly 500 games for them and winning 304. He won the first ever most MVPs in 2012. He didn’t play so much last season but is planning to be back full time this one, and is hoping to start it well.

Reason for Invite: 2014 League Merit Winner
Mike has become one of the top players in the league since making his Castlefields debut in 2007 at the age of 18. He has played 270 games since, winning 206 of them, over 75%. He won the League Merit in 2014, and the last two seasons has finished in the top three of the League Averages. He is a former Talbot Trophy and Champion of Champion winner, so knows how to win the big competitions.
- Martin Lloyd
Clubs: Chester Road
Reason for Invite: 2004 League Merit Winner
Martin has been a leading player for Chester Road since he started with them in 1999. He helped them win three straight league titles, as well as an Alan Mayhew Trophy and numerous Pool A shields. He won the League Merit in 2004 at the Bylet. He has plenty of big competition experience that will help him in this competition, including the Shropshire Senior Merit.
- Nigel Bound
Clubs: Ford, Meole Brace
Reason for Invite: Leading player for Ford
Nigel was a key player in getting Ford into the league back in 2001. He has played 264 games for them, winning 180 of them, and the Pool B shield. After they pulled out of the league, he moved to Meole Brace where he helped them win the Alan Mayhew Trophy. He is a very experienced competitor and will look to use that.
- Graham Dulson
Clubs: Wem USC, Meole Brace, Ifton
Reason for Invite:
Graham started his Premier League career at Wem USC, playing for them from 1994 to 2000, winning the Alan Mayhew Trophy with them in 1996. He then moved over to Meole Brace and played for them until 2006, then went back to Wem, and then onto Ifton in 2011 and 2012. He moved back to Wem again after, and will hope all this experience, as well as playing in competitions, will help him.
