Fields aim to take advantage, Wrockites & Ifton aim for big home wins
Castlefields will look to take advantage of a blank week for league rivals Sir John Bayley in week 21 of the Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowling League. The Bayley were due to play at Hanwood but has been postponed by Hanwood due to a funeral taking place today. The Fields entertain Highley though, who themselves are looking for a top 5 finish, but come off their worst result of the season last week getting 2 at Adderley. Wrockwardine Wood are virtually set in 3rd place now and will look to continue their impressive home form this season with a win against Adderley, who will have nothing to lose going there. Ifton should finish 4th but will want a big home win over the Bylet to cement that, although the Bylet will look not to waste last week’s big win for them. Woore will be looking to win away at St Georges to overtake Hanwood in 5th, with St Georges looking for a win themselves to try and get a top 10 finish. Burway should finish 10th though with their home games left, and take on Wem USC who still are looking for a top half finish after their great 13-1 win last week. Hanmer against Meole Brace is a similar story, with Hanmer looking for a top 10 finish and Meole a top half finish.
