Coddon took part in the first ever playoff match at St Georges against Sir John Bayley in 1997 after winning the Mid-Shropshire League. However they had a poor start in the game with a 1,2 and a 3 loser and never recovered. However I don’t have full scores or any pictures or reports so if anyone has then please pass them on as it would be great to have a record of it.
