League Averages Winner – Pete Cookson

Pete became the first Staffordshire winner of the League Averages after putting together a run of 14 consecutive wins at the end of the season. It was an incredible achievement considering that it is only his second season in the league. He didn’t lose a home game on a green that he had only played for one season before. Out of those 14 games he won 7 of them 17 or above, showing his battling qualities.
