Mike Hinton Pairs – Newport end the season with another success……Farmer and Jones take the honours……

An entry of only 4 pairs took part in the Mike Hinton Doubles trophy today at Remans. The final saw the Newport pairing of Peter Farmer and Mick Jones beat League Competition Secretary John Coxill and Bowring’s Peter Griffiths 21-18 to take the trophy for the first time.
