Pool A&B Final Review

Pool A

Sir John Bayley won their third Pool A trophy to add to their 2015 and 2017 successes. They stormed out of the blocks with Dave Lloyd beating the in form Dickie Jones 2 on a green he got 2 on earlier in the season! Alex Jones was his usual high quality against late call up Tommy Lowndes, winning 5, while Joey Williams won 15 for Ifton but Spencer Clarke getting 20 from 14-4 down meant that the Bayley led by 28 after the front four. Three further winners at the back, led by captain Chris Worthington’s 11 win, meant an overall win of 42.
