Comments: Hanmer didn’t quite match 2021 when they finished in 5th place but did improve on 2019 when they finished 13th. They briefly flirted with trouble at times but on the whole they were clear of finishing bottom. Mike Gilpin led the way both on and off the green, having an incredible season finishing third in the league averages. They did make Hanmer a fortress again, losing just once all season to runaway winners Wrockwardine Wood. They struggled away though, scoring only more than 3 four times in the season, the best being 7 winners at Castlefields as they nearly produced a shock win.
