Rich has played over 500 games in the league, playing in the first 10 seasons with Donnington Wood, then taking a break and helping Bowring into the league for 2009. He won the League Averages there in their first season in the league, as well as the Top 16 trophy that year, and then won the Most Consecutive Wins award in 2015. When Bowring pulled out the league in 2019 he went to Hanwood, and has enjoyed a good start to this season, winning 14 out of 17 so far.
