Comments: Meole didn’t improve on last year’s position or points total but still managed to finish in 8th place again thanks to a last week 12-4 win at Horsehay. They did lose 5 home games after changing over greens, but did win at home 5 times in double figure points haul. They had some good away results, they won at Bylet in addition to that win at Horsehay, and got 6 winners at Hanwood and Highley and 5 at St Georges. They did reach the final of the first Pool B final but lost out to Adderley, who beat them again in the Semi Finals of the second Pool B competition.
Winter Aims: They should improve with a year on their new home green under their belt, and if they can add a couple to their 15 player squad then more competition could drive them forward.
