Wrockwardine Wood made it two teams through as they qualified on the 3rd night of the Newport 4 Person Team.
They beat Glasscutters by 30 chalks, Martin Gaut best winner 10 after going 15-3 up.
In the 1st round, they defeated Shifnal by 21 after Rob Roden and Tom Killen both won 6 first on, while the Cutters got past Trench by 5, Sam Mantam best winner 6 last on.
Tonight sees just three teams at the moment with Thimblemill playing Woodman Mount Pleasant and Horsehay currently having a bye.
