Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
The 2025 Newport Open takes place tomorrow with it potentially being the first qualifier for the 2026 Champion of Champions, as well as being a qualifier for the 2025 Shropshire Champion of Champions.
Defending Champion Scott Harries will look to retain the trophy, but will face challenges from other big names. The person he beat last year, Pete Grimston, takes part, as well as 2023 finalist Ayden Smith. Former Semi Finalists Sam Millward and Josh Bradburn are there, with Colwyn Bay Festival winner Stuart Rutter and Shifnal Open winner Clay Flattley looking to add another title this season. Joe and Tom Killen are both in great form at the moment, and you can never discount Pete Farmer from adding this to his collection. Conor Chamberlain enters for the first time, and Staffordshire Merit winners Dan Taylor and Nick Wyer take part.
