Pool A Review

Castlefields won a record 8th Pool A shield after beating Hanwood by 32 in the final. They led by 13 after the first four, Wayne Rogers their best winner 9, and then added two more single figure cards, Gary Neal 9 and Adie Rowe 8.

Captain Steve Peach says “happy to have won another Pool A and extending our record in another SPBL competition. It has finished yet another successful season for the club and set us up nicely for our success in lifting the Free Press Cup on Sunday afternoon. As always, we’d like to extend our thanks to the league committee and sponsors for all of their hard work and effort over the season.”
