Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
The Flowfit Shropshire Premier Bowling League have a super seven hopefuls going into the Senior Individual Merit Finals at Llay Miners Welfare tomorrow. Burway and Merit Champion Wayne Rogers takes on Barrie Sadler from Staffordshire, who also plays for Albrighton in the Mid-Shropshire League. Runner up Pete Farmer of Newport faces a tough task against Cumbria’s Martin Gilpin while Chester Road’s Andy Moss plays Adam Harris of host county Wales. Ian Gaut of St Georges plays Damien Morrison from Lancashire, while Mark Picknell of Wrockwardine Wood plays David Bradford from Isle of Man. Mike Riley, former winner at Meole Brace in 2011, of Ifton plays Steve Wilkinson of Yorkshire, while another winner, Greg Smith, who has played a few games for Hanwood this season, plays Zach Walker from Cumbria.
