Jon Palmer is into the final eight of the Autumn Waterloo after he beat James Martin 15. He now faces favourite Simon Coupe in the last 8 tomorrow, as he is now just three games away from winning it.
Paul Evans unfortunately lost out to David Higginbottom 16 after being 16-12 up, struggling without the block later on in the game.
