Rivals Meole Brace also earned an away win 9-5 at Wem USC, while Castlefields also won by the same score against Sir John Bayley. Sides at the bottom, Archibald Worthington and Bylet, also earned big wins at the bottom. Archie beat neighbours Chester Road 11-3, while Bylet defeated St Georges 9-5. Wrockwardine Wood got past Ifton 11-3, and Bowring beat Burway 10-4, but only by one chalk!
