Darrell Handley and Nick Wyer of Highley and Sir John Bayley respectively won the 2021 Mike Hinton Pairs after an incredible comeback in the final. They were 19-10 down against Callum Wraight and Andy Judson before getting back to 19-17 down and despite conceding a 1, they were able to score a 4 last end to win 20. In the Semi Finals they beat Ian & Mark Jones 18 in a close game after they were pegged back to 10-8 from leading 10-0.
