2019 Review:
It wasn’t a good season for Ifton in 2019 as they finished 12th, but were only 9 points off the top half. They had a poor start to the season, not helped by having only 2 out of 7 at home. They then suffered back to back home defeats to Bylet and Highley, but then defeated Wrockwardine Wood, Newport and St Georges, the latter by just one chalk. A couple of decent home wins kept them away from trouble at the bottom.
2022 Aims:
They will look to improve on everything from their 2019 season. They will want to be losing less home games and improving on their away form and getting some wins on the road. They pretty much have the same squad from last season so will hope that each player can raise their game to push them into the top half.
