Taylor Support Shropshire Premier Bowls League
Callum Wraight successfully defended his Burway Open title by beating Spencer Clarke 8 of Sir John Bayley in the final. Both players had a big win in their Semi Finals, Callum defeating Wrockwardine Wood’s Dan Taylor 4 and Spencer ending a fine run by Keith Lackford by winning 6. Callum had beaten another Wrockwardine player in Stu Rutter 8 in the Quarters, while Spencer beat Matt Gilmore 10. Keith had defeated Callum’s Castlefields team mate Andy Judson 20 in his Quarter, while Dan got past new Newport signing Reece Farr 13.
