2025 Aim: We have a tough start and were miles off last year … but we’ve signed well. The ambition is to stay within touching distance of the top two as long as we can and look to give ourselves an outside chance of springing a surprise.

Comments: Wrockwardine had a similar season to last year as they started well but then faded with regards to the top two, however regained their form to finish a place up on 2024 in 3rd. After playing the top two first two games, they won their next 6 with an average of over 12 points. But a shock home loss to Hanwood halted their momentum, although they did recover with four more double figure wins. They then scored just 17 in their next three games to put any thoughts of another title to bed, but despite just one away win in their last 6 away games, their home form was good to keep them in 3rd.
2026 Aims: To try and close the gap to the top two but that is a tall order given their form at the moment. Better away form is key as their home form apart from the one loss was very good. They probably need to add a couple more players and keep who they’ve got to further strengthen the squad.
